Shipping Information
Everything you need to know about getting your items delivered.
How shipping works
- 1Buyer chooses shipping at checkout — see available carriers, prices, and estimated delivery times. Choose home delivery or pickup point.
- 2Seller generates a pre-paid label — after payment, go to Dashboard → Sales → click "Generate label". Print it and attach it to your package.
- 3Drop off at carrier location — find your nearest DPD, GLS, bpost, or other carrier drop-off point and hand over the package.
- 4Track your package — both buyer and seller can track the shipment from the order page.
Carriers
We partner with major European carriers. Available options depend on origin and destination:
Carrier availability varies by country and package weight. You'll see exact options and prices at checkout.
Delivery options
Home delivery
Delivered to your door. Most carriers attempt delivery 1-2 times before leaving at a neighbour or pickup point.
Pickup point
Delivered to a nearby parcel shop or locker. Choose your preferred location at checkout. Often cheaper than home delivery.
Express
Faster delivery via DHL Express. Note: someone must be home to receive the package.
Shipping insurance
At checkout, you can add shipping insurance for 1% of the item value (minimum €1.50). This covers the full declared value if the package is lost or damaged during transit.
Even without insurance, all purchases are covered by Second Stride Buyer Protection.

Packing tips for sellers
- Use a sturdy box or padded bag appropriate for the item size
- Wrap items in bubble wrap or tissue paper — especially leather goods
- For saddles: use a saddle bag or double-box with padding on all sides
- Seal the package securely with packing tape
- Attach the shipping label flat on the largest surface
- Upload packaging photos to your order page as proof of careful packing
